To support the Transport operational team to achieve the daily schedule. The position requires excellent data collection and organisation skills to ensure all forms of reporting are accurate. To achieve department specific KPI targets successfully and ensure that all service level agreements are adhered to.
This is an important administration role within the operational Transport department. It requires the ability to efficiently monitor, liaise and feedback information and data to the Transport Section Managers to ensure accurate and reliable data is captured and reported upon in a timely manner. Effective relationships and basic negotiating skills will need to be developed and maintained with the Transport team, Distribution Support and the wider NDC operational network. The role would suit someone who is self motivated, results orientated and deadline driven.
