Join our team at European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH (EAT) for a full-time position (40 hours per week, rotational shift), starting as soon as possible.
Sourcing and purchasing of any operational ad-hoc requirements (material and services) for A/C maintenance on critical or AOG priority (AOG desk)
Coordination and controlling of AOG supplies (purchasing & transport options as well as customs requirements)
Purchase of materials for stock-replenishment; evaluate stock vs. inventory levels and identify parts to be restocked
Market research and analyses for Purchasing and Repair Department
University degree or commercial / technical education with several years professional experience
Knowledge/experience in Civil Aviation Industry
Extensive, closely related experience in purchasing/ supply chain, preferably in large organization
Stress resistant to time pressure and work-volume and persistent in work
Flexibility, shift work to cover 24/hour operations and work overtime if required
Very good spoken and written knowledge of English
Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) & knowledge of TRAX
Good negotiation and excellent communication skills
