Our client, a distribution company is currently recruiting an International Account Manager for its London based team.
As the International Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of the leading magazine brands for non UK business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage the relationship with key stakeholders within the client account as well as agents overseas
• Develop circulation strategies for key brands
• Recommend and implement promotional plans in line with the publisher strategies
• To manage agent relationships in specific territories
The role entails devising and implementing sales, retail trade marketing and distribution strategies as well as analysing market performance.
You will be analytical and highly numerate with excellent interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable presenting and you must have the ability to communicate and work closely with the senior management team to Managing Director level.
You should also have around 4-5 years’ previous experience, ideally in the media, magazine, newspaper or similar industry. Previous management experience would be an advantage.
Computer literacy is critical to this role, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and motivate your team to do the same.
Salary to £35k in addition to benefits including pension, 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays) and an excellent working environment.
