A dynamic and stimulating opportunity is available for an Activity Manager to join our RB Hull site on an FTC for 12 months.
This is a genuinely exciting and engaging role that will provide the perfect challenge for the right individual. The activity team is a core unit within the RB business and working in this team will provide you with fantastic exposure across the entire RB business.
Focused on managing multiple projects focused on both new and existing product development into new markets. You will be the key point of contact for project management and coordination of change management, via cross functional working. You will be focused on liaising with multiple and complex stakeholders internationally, up to Director level, including local country marketing, local regulatory, R&D, category marketing, global regulator and supply teams.
First point of contact (either directly or via team) for external stakeholders (marketing, regulatory, category, R&D) for new projects, status reports and guidance.
To manage the changes to products in market, ensuring that regulatory processes are followed and cost is minimised (and recharged to markets when appropriate) during the introduction process..
Co-ordination of Trackwise Change Control and Activity Management systems.
Communication of approvals and progress across the site.
Negotiation with country and category marketing teams over launch formats / volumes / timings to agree achievable launch plans.
Identifying the project team, communicating efficiently across management levels and escalating in a professional and timely manner when necessary.
Facilitation of project planning meetings for all approved EPD/NPD changes, ensuring project deliverables are well understood, and actions are agreed, communicated and followed up.
Provision of regular updates to all project champions, monitoring components of activity to ensure project deliverables are met within scope, resource, time, cost and quality.
Monitoring and reporting on business KPIs to ensure speed to market in an FMCG environment.
Coordination of overall resource within Activity Management Team to ensure 100% alignment to business priorities.
