In this context we are looking for an Analyst, EMEA Material Supply Management.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE
Responsible for preparing and running the monthly Material Supply Management governance cycle with the production sites and with the regional and global functions. Responsible for monitoring and developing the metrics necessary to achieve targeted performance goals in materials reliability and materials agility to the internal production sites. Is the key contact point for MSM and other functions on the performance metrics in Materials Reliability and Agility.
Closely collaborates with a team of managers and professionals, located in the internal production sites, that is accountable for the reliability and agility of material supply management (MSM).
Supports this team in:
- performing valuable analyses of key KPIs (e.g. Inventory, MOQ coverage, supplier performance)
- the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g. Agility projects, SLOB reduction processes)
Supports the MSM Issue manager, who leads activities that remediate potential material supply disruptions across multiple sites, including risk identification, risk management, problem solving and rapid deployment of resources to avoid supply disruption to the sites.
Supports the EMEA MSM Lead in improving supplier fulfillment, supplier delivery performance and responsiveness, and end-to-end lead-times across EMEA. Supports the development and enhancement of processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to improve efficiency of plant-based material supply services to internal manufacturing. This includes leading the implementation of supply agreements, integration and development of key suppliers, performance monitoring and supporting ongoing supplier management.

The position will be measured primarily on:
•Improvements to customer service & reliability metrics
•Effective support of agility and slob initiatives.
•A Bachelors Degree is required, MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
•Minimum of 2 years combined experience in Engineering, R&D, SMP, GP, Sales, Planning, Finance, Marketing or Supply Chain Operations functions. Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience.
•Entrepreneurial self-starter, results oriented and able to independently create and deliver.
•Good business acumen, ability to zoom in and out
•Strong oral and written communication skills, and with the ability to partner, communicate and influence across functional levels.
•Competent in processes, tools within Supply Chain and Franchise and a strong understanding of business priorities.
•Ability to use project management tools (Microsoft project, RACI, Lessons learned, FMEA, etc)
•Six Sigma/Process Excellence skills & experience is preferred
•Demonstrates integrity and strong leadership

•Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
