Supporting our Buyer for a particular category of Non-Food goods, you’ll make sure we do the right thing for them. We’ll do it by negotiating with, and managing, our suppliers to deliver great value.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out the sourcing and selection strategy for your assigned group of products. We will look to you to make sure we optimise the range. That means looking for opportunities to place, promote and dress products in the right way, in the right stores, at the right price, so the right customers can get hold of what they want. In this role, you really can change the game. But to do it, you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ in-store experience, and the impact different ranges have on both the customer and store colleagues.
