Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager International Retail Skincare/Cosmetics/Bath & Body/Accessories
Assist in the Local activation of the Visual Merchandising strategy and delivery of the category and brand plans in retail, delivering the Local category & brand targets. This is across LATAM markets including Mexico and Chile.

Your responsibilities • Support the translation of Global Brand BVI, Visual Merchandising guidelines, assets & toolkits by brand into instore execution recommendations • Assist in leading the Global translation of all permanent displays and requirements for in Local market VM delivery (furniture and within fixture) • Manage Local creative briefing for delivery of fixture look and feel and lead sign off in Local market • Support in the management of agencies, ensuring best practice service and relationships • Support delivering Operational Excellence in our retail partners; looking fantastic, landing fantastic, continuing to look fantastic • Track operational excellence in retailers and lead Local teams to improve
A bit about you • You will have a real passion for both 2D & 3D development and show an understanding of design development, materials, artworking and understanding of print &/or production • You will be dedicated to keeping up to date with Global and Local merchandising trends and you will share these as inspiration and recommendations across your key partners • Work strategically to support and develop the brand/s merchandising in line with category and brand positioning whilst taking into account the needs of the retailer and the commercial return on investment • Category Management & Commercial Planning, category relevant • Work alongside Sales Account Management, BUK, 3rd Party & IR • Strong focus on Operational Excellence • Model exemplar leadership behaviours and share shown best practice ways of working across teams • Hold strong relationships with and understanding of the needs of our owned retailers, ensuring we are viewed as a partner and standout source of merchandising expertise and innovation, demonstrating our unique hybrid model including how we continually deliver Operational Excellence • Extraordinary management of Local agencies to get the best in visual merchandising by working closely with them, holding them to account and driving the timely submission of creative responses, asset production and development. You will closely monitor all costs and ensure timings are upheld throughout
