DHL Inside Track are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team working for a prestigious car manufacturer. You will provide full administrative support to our client and carrying out various tasks and ensuring bookings are processed and completed in a timely manner. You will also coordinate and manage the execution of high-profile corporate events. There is plenty to do in this role!
Other duties include:
Provide relevant reports and information to different stakeholders, departments and customers.
Efficiently process the invoices received by suppliers ensuring the appropriate checks are completed.
Provide a high level of customer service at all times using a professional and consistent approach.
Any other general duties that may be required.
You will be an experienced administrator with a good customer service background. You don’t have to come from an automotive background but a drive to succeed and an approachable and friendly manner are essential. A good level of communication skills (both verbal and written) and exceptional time management and organisation skills as well as customer service skills.
All we ask from you is that you have:
English and Maths at GCSE grade C or equivalent.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and customers.
