You will manage a portfolio of medium-to-large sized projects and assurance actions of high complexity and risk within T&S Products and its end to end-linked business partners to test, modify and increase the set of processes and controls to provide continuous improvement and management assurance.You will be part of a global team of 5-10 Process & Controls experts which managee over 55 unique commercial desks and support over 250 unique traded products in Shell’s portfolio

Your main accountability and focus is to map, identify, test, and create key processes and controls to assure the T&S Products business is properly managed across a range of risks.

You will develop and deliver the process and controls scope through a structured change management approach and work with subject matter experts to embed this in the business. As part of this, you will establish and maintain appropriate and effective governance structures and procedures to obtain resources, drive decisions, resolve issues, and deliver project objectives.

You will work with business stakeholders to define metrics and criteria and analyse risks and variances against the plan, and escalate quickly if required. You will manage appropriate stakeholder change management and communication plans and engagements.

Above all else, you will need to develop and manage a high-performing team.

• Experience in designing or redesigning business controls with testing, implementation, and assurance

• Experience in business processes mapping, gap analysis, design/re-design, and implementation

• Knowledge of commodities markets, derivative products, trading platforms, operations, and end to end (E2E) processes

• Experience in implementing change management

• Project management methodologies and tools, especially the experience of Agile

• Ability to learn quickly in an ambiguous environment

• Experience in coaching stakeholders

• Experience in leading a team and preferably a distributed team
