Meticulous in your approach, you always have the highest of standards in mind.You will have proven experience in Food Buying and previous success managing a high-profile category.
What to Expect
Working closely with the Food Buying Manager, the Food Product Developers and our in-house chefs, you will create excitement through the introduction of innovative marketing concepts and products, while analysing and interpreting sales figures to make the right business decisions. Using your knowledge of products and your networks, you will negotiate optimum deals and drive innovation by tracking down unrivalled exclusives to attract customers and grow sales. An expert negotiator, you will have experience managing and developing your supply base as well as category management knowledge, including range & merchandise planning, product positioning and implementing pricing strategies.
