What you will be doing…
As a key member of the team you will support to deliver the overall Buying and Commercial Plan of the category, department or brand with the goal of meeting/exceeding sales, profit and margin targets.
You’ll also work closely with your buying team, quality assurance, design and suppliers to help ensure a perfect product for our customers as well as manage the departments’ critical path to ensure our ranges arrive on time and conform to the original specification.

What you will bring…
You will currently be an entry level Buyer's Admin Assistant/Buying Assistant, or alternatively you will have obtained work experience ideally within a Retail Head Office, Supplier or Retail Store and have a relevant Fashion/Retail degree.
You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and good technical knowledge of buying as you will play a key part in reviewing, challenging and simplifying working processes to drive consistent behaviours’ and ways of working as well as managing business orders and analsying business trends.
You will bring strong negotiation and communication skills providing leadership to colleagues where relevant.
You will possess an awareness of the retail sector and a passion for product as well as an understanding of the requirements of a multi-channel retail environment and experience across a single category.
It will be essential for you to have commercial skills and an awareness of high street trends.
The role is largely computer based, so computer skills are essential.
