Who we are?
The Contracting & Procurement Operations (CP Ops) Downstream Manufacturing Team is part of the global CP function and supports the Manufacturing businesses. We are responsible for negotiating and managing a Tactical and Operational portfolio (which includes Low – Medium HSSE Risk contracts), driving use of the proper procurement channels (e.g. Contracts, Trading Houses, Stand Alone Purchase Orders, etc.), managing tail spend, and supporting EFA implementation as appropriate in line with Category Strategies. Our Team consists of Senior Buyers and RtP Buying Process Specialists.
What will you do?
As a RtP Buying Process Specialist you will lead and execute Requisition to Pay transactions, manage Continuous Improvement initiatives, review and analyze buying processes as well as manage internal projects and act as a primary RtP contact for creation and maintenance of purchase orders as well as other issues relating to transactions in ERP system. You will have a lot of opportunities to engage directly with business stakeholders and work on exiting CI projects.
You will be a part of virtual team supporting operations in Manufacturing Netherlands (Pernis and Moerdijk assets). Close collaboration with business stakeholders will allow you to make an impact on the bottom line with delivering high quality, on time work. As a team we have an exposure to Refinery/production business and supply chain management topics.

- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Experience with project management, process expertise (would be an asset)
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with SAP (as an advantage)
- Language skills: English (B2) and Dutch (min. B2)
