The Capability Manager - Procurement supports the Global Capability Lead in building and sustaining global Procurement Mastery in the function for the European region. The role manages all global program related training and capability building in consideration of region/local related legal-, language-, tax- and policy compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that globally consistent capability programs are regionally implemented to establish Procurement as a key business partner, with the objective to deliver competitive advantage through preferred supplier relationships for the company.
