Creating substantial long-term incremental value for RB through generating expansion into strategic areas of interest and addressing category problems that can’t be solved with current resources, capabilities or existing partners.
About the role:
- You will develop inorganic growth strategies against the Group, and Hygiene Brands’ strategic areas of interest, together with the Hygiene business unit teams.
- You'll be a key partner in forming solutions to fill portfolio gaps, including having an outward view of the partner market.
- You will identify potential new partners from emerging businesses, to well-established multinationals with aligned interests. You will then help define RB’s approach.
- You will manage the prompt assessment and triage of inbound acquisition opportunities efficiently and decisively.
- You'll contact potential new partners and cultivate strategic third-party relationships within target opportunity areas as well as meet with partners to align common commercial and scientific interest.
- You will coordinate senior leadership to best position RB behind strategic opportunities and prioritise resources.
- You will organise, manage and oversee active projects at a high level and you will manage relationships with partners on active projects.
- You'll have a key role in deal execution together with colleagues in M&A and Transaction Execution functions.
