Project manager on brand strategic touch points aiming at ensuring an innovative, unique and coherent client experience across all regions and axes to develop brand awareness and gain rankings.
1 - Drive Strategic Category Planning
> Partner with the Axes Marketing Development Team Leader, the Business Developer Axe and the TR team to develop and adapt Guerlain Category growth vision to TR environment
> Acting as an effective interface between a) TR Regions and b) the Marketing Development teams and the Business Developer Axe
> Develop best practice category management strategy and tactics to influence internal and external planning and decision making
2 - Implement Strategy
> Deliver compelling, insight-driven plans and 360° presentations to TR Regional Marketing Managers to achieve success of Category objectives in each TR region in line with category and retailer strategies
> Provide direction to TR Regional Marketing Managers and thought leadership in building plans, develop appropriate 360° customer-specific solutions: TR exclusive developments, animation concept adapted to TR environment and to both WW & regional plans
> In line with TR strategic plans, proactively challenge regions & provide direction for Fast
3 - Category Analysis
> Be the category owner by analyzing SISO monthly performances with controllers
- to coordinate and prepare monthly reports to ensure net sales/ Fasts are in line with Budget objectives
- to adapt strategy with booster plans based on category Sales Results
Provide monthly info on TR best practices or projects & local markets relevant infos, and competition reviews through a TR newsletter
Actively participate to Budget and Revised budgets presentations elaboration
4- Project management
> Project Manager of Category for Cannes TFWA (Tax Free World Association) : ensure Key franchises presentations are adapted to TR environment and showcased in TFWA to achieve Year +1 Budget Category objectives
> Digital project expert: adapt & implement global company strategy, assess and answer to local needs and seize opportunities with regional teams on all digital touchpoints & for all categories: contents, websites, apps, social, in store ...
> Education and Beauty consultant project manager: secure education in all 360 plans & animations developed on all axes (tools, grooming...) & Ensure efficient communication of key marketing messages through education teams. Help the teams to efficiently roll out training programs. Be the referent for all education related questions or needs by working closely with HQ & regional education teams
> Travel retail event project manager: Be responsible for all TR events such as trade shows, seminars... as well in store cross axes activations (building and delivering effective & adapted guidelines to markets).
