As our category propositions executive, you will be working within a team who are responsible for building customer led, commercially astute marketing plans, that help us deliver against our brand, customer and commercial strategies. You will support in delivering consistent and timely category proposition activity through detailed planning of the individual propositions which sit beneath the category annual strategy.
You will support our commercial teams by working closely with the key stakeholders from each division to gather the information required to build the propositions, ensuring products and categories nominated help us to meet the objectives that ladder back to the category and customer strategies.
Working closely with our insights team, you will develop relevant insights which drive the direction of our quarterly planning and individual proposition briefs, ensuring we always demonstrate a clear understanding of customer mindsets and behaviours that enable us to challenge and evaluate our thinking to consistently improve our communication to customers.
