We are currently hiring a Change Manager to join our Transformation team in Eastgate on a permanent basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverages and Foods categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. The Transformation Team is key to unlocking new business models and processes across the organization to deliver growth. We are focused on product category growth, innovation renovation, and digital transformation. Our team partners cross functionally within our division and with PepsiCo Global teams and business units.
The main purpose of this role is to lead the Change Management Office for PGCS. This involves leading the development and execution of the Change Management strategy for PGCS, driving a Change Management culture through best in class methodologies and capabilities. In addition, this role ensures that change driven by all Enterprise wide and functional projects is managed according to these methodologies and therefore ensuring successful implementation of these projects by through effective adoption of the changes. Also, this role is responsible for building change management capability across PGCS and coaching and supporting transformation & plant teams on using the PepsiCo Change methodology and tools for projects.
Develop and execute Change Management strategy to drive Change Management culture across PGCS.
Ownership of Change Management for key PGCS Enterprise Priorities and complex key functional projects through development of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plans, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plans and resistance management plan.
Drive completion of change tools (such as stakeholder management, communication plans) through Project Managers and Change Champions for remaining functional and local projects across PGCS.
Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded in PGCS.
Develop annual plan for change management coaching and/or training for leaders, employees or business partners as needed to support business change plans. Ensure training plan is delivered through change management team.
Coach business Leads to use the change methodology & tools to support business transformation as required.
Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to project leads.
Develop strategic employee communications plan, reviewing all literature for distribution and determining delivery channels.
Ensure effective management and development of direct reports
Essential Criteria i.e. qualifications and/or experience (this will be assessed during short-listing)
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Experience of leading complex change management initiatives.
Ability to think strategically to develop future plans for the CMO.
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
