We are looking for a COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (m/f) to help us in shaping, implementing and managing our European Compliance Program.
This exciting position within our Compliance Department involves close cooperation with the Compliance Manager, the Chief Compliance Officer and different contact persons in our European subsidiaries. Moreover you will constantly interact with the members of our business divisions (e.g. marketing, sales, HR, etc.)
Purpose of Job:
To support the Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Manager shaping, implementing and managing the Compliance System in HME, HMSG and the European Subsidiaries.
Support the Compliance Manager in the review, adjustment and implementation of compliance policies and processes in Hyundai Motor Europe (HME), Hyundai Motorsport (HMSG) and Subsidiaries.
Develop compliance training programs that are tailored to the needs of the business under the guidance of the Compliance Manager. Deliver training to employees of HME, HMSG and Subsidiaries when requested.
Support in the development of a valuable control system for HME, HMSG and all European Subsidiaries.
Identify potential risks and infringements and support in the development of appropriate control or corrective actions.
Carry out assessments independently in order to determine infringements of applying law.
Support the Compliance Manager in the preparation and arrangement of all necessary reports to be done by the Chief Compliance Officer to HME's Top Management .
Academic degree or equivalent, preferrably with a Compliance specialization.
Minimum 1 year of relevant practical experience, either within the compliance department of a multinational organization or in the compliance team of a law firm.
Good analytical and communication skills
Loyalty and secrecy / Integrity and reliability
Very good command of English, solid knowledge of other European language(s) preferred
Proficient user of MS Office applications.
