The Contract Management Administrator is responsible for the check and input of sales & purchase contracts for the different European locations as well as the possible modifications into the ERP-system (JDE).
The role has on regular basis contact with the sales managers of the different locations in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy and UK.
Responsible for an accurate processing of chocolate and imitation sales contracts + purchase (additive & packaging) contracts into the ERP-system (JDE) for the different production plants spread over Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands & UK)
Check and problem solving: when facing unclear points in these contracts, contact the responsible departments to find solution
Process contract amendments (sales and purchase contracts) in the ERP-system based on input received from the Sales, Trade, Supply Chain Team after questioning possible impact & consequences
Reposition contracts in time, based on information received from the Sales Team
Clearly understand the conversion document and how to execute conversions in the ERP-system
Open pricing: understand the open pricing systems in order to be able to execute correct conversions from raw material contracts into chocolate contracts & to provide complete and correct contract overview.
Responsible for small projects.
Min of 3 years working experience in a similar function
Computer knowledge: Excel, Word, (Power Point)
Good knowledge of languages English, French, Dutch, knowledge of German is an asset
ERP system knowledge
Good analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to set priorities and good organization skills
