25% Strategy & Planning
Leads and manages the implementation of supply chain long term vision and strategic direction, including long-range objectives, policies and strategy;
Leads and contributes in the creation, communication, roll-out, development and review of the functional domain specific strategies and visions to enable business strategy;
Guides the implementation and sustainment of the Integrated Business Planning process.
15% Performance Management
Manages and implements execution of centrally owned KPI reporting (key performance indicators) and dashboard reporting;
Guides business adherence to Cargill and Business Operations and Supply Chain (BOSC) required metrics as well as the consistent reporting of results delivering measurable business value.
20% Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Facilitates the identification of opportunities to drive the organization to deliver measurable value for Cargill driving improved end to end supply chain performance in multiple areas;
Leads and manages projects and process improvements in the end-to-end supply chain organization to drive continuous improvement to excellence standards;
Using an extensive knowledge of supply chain practices and procedures, leads implementation of Business Operations and Supply Chain processes, and ensures best practices are shared;
40% Leadership & Talent Management
Supports and provides leadership for the integration of multiple areas of the Cargill supply chain within the business and across business and functional line;
Leads and Manages a medium sized team for ensuring customer expectations are met from planning through order fulfillment;
Utilizing an extensive understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, develops a strong understanding of customer needs through building internal and external relationships to provide optimal service to Cargill’s customers.
Master’s Degree with focus on Economics, Supply Chain or Logistic Management;
8 years’ experience in Logistics & Supply Chain;
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in People Management;
Solid leadership capabilities;
Project experience in delivering cost savings;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Proven track record in change management;
SAP or ERP knowledge;
Experience in or knowledge about commodity trading and or Agricultural Supply Chain;
