Our client, a well established and respected brand has appointed us to recruit an Online Customer Consultant to join their Customer Services team based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
We are seeking positive individuals who work well in a team that have a determination to not only succeed themselves but also help others to be successsful in the team. Our client's Online Customer Consultants have outstanding communication skills, are personable and will have had some previous experience of representing a well known brand.
Attention to detail is key for this role and the suitable candidates will need to have strong keyboard skills as well as a desire to learn new skills.
Confidence is required to deal with taking sales orders and as such previous exposure to sales of some form would be helpful.
