The main purpose of the job is to create competitive advantage by including everybody who impacts the Customer at each step of the value chain thus working on optimizing cost ot serve and maximizing product availability, to contribute to the market service strategy definition and to ensure the correct implementation.
Main pillars are :
Understanding the customers SC and agreed KPI’s to align with Nestlés SC, thus building trust
Cross functional alignement within Nestlé ; across SC and partnering with Sales to define a common customer strategy and coordinate multi-functional teams on CF projects.
Driving all SC Customer efficiency initiatives (e.g. cost to serve, collaborative planning, CO2 & sustainability)
Representing Nestlé SC in the industry (e.g. IGD, GS1,…)
We are looking for…
YOU…if you have 5 years or more experience in at least 2 of the following areas : Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution/Material Handling, Sales and/or Marketing. You have proven to be a bridge builder. We need you to have a strong improvement drive with an external and future oriented focus. Your result focus keeps you going even when faced with resistance or setbacks and your energy, coaching and influencing skills help you engage others to reach success. You are familiar with the SAP Order to Cash process. You are fluent in Englisch, French and Dutch.
