About the Role:

Working as part of our customer supply team you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the supply of our fantastic products to our FMCG customers liaising with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil their orders – ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
As the main point of contact for the customer you will understand their needs and will proactively provide updates as well as respond to any queries in a timely and professional manner so your communication skills will need to be top notch !
You will be working closely with various teams across the supply chain such as demand and supply planning as well as with sales colleagues and the 3PL to maximise service levels for a portfolio of customers - so your ability to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships will be critical to your success.
Working to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment your fantastic organisational skills as well as your ability to plan and prioritise your workload effectively will be key in ensuring you manage customer orders effectively to meet customer service level targets. And if there are challenges along the way you will need to take a solution focused approach !
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have customer supply chain experience ideally within an FMCG environment. You will be comfortable using various systems including Microsoft office products and will ideally have worked with SAP. Your administration skills will be strong and you will enjoy working in a deadline driven role.
