As a Customer Supply Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring our products reach the customer On Time In Full as requested. You will be accountable for a number of KPIs and you will play a pivotal role analyzing and maintaining the ‘Health’ of your Customer accounts.
You will have the ability and experience of working cross functionally with Key Stakeholders both internally and externally.
You will continuously review current processes and considering ways to improve the operation of the account.
A fantastic opportunity is available for an Customer Supply Coordinator to join our RB team.
You will be responsible
Responsible for your customer order life cycle from receipt through to delivery, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Resolve Customer queries. Action required order changes (eg in regards to requested quantities, delivery dates etc.)
Participate in daily meetings and use resources available to ensure you have a full understanding and visibility of any past, current or future risk to customer supply.
Liaise with our 3PL to resolve any customer delivery issues (eg Refusals, Failed deliveries, Uplift Requests etc)
Working jointly with National account managers and Customer Supply Chain Managers to ensure Customer Range Reviews, promotions and new sku introductions are implemented right first time.
Work in conjunction with Finance and Commercial Teams to resolve Pricing queries.
Manage escalated queries from Credit Control in regards to Credit Claims. Work with our 3PL and Customer Depot to thoroughly investigate the claim in order to come to a suitable resolution.
Analyze credit claim history data and identify key trends with Customers, Depots and Products. Understand the driver behind these claims and put forward recommendations for a preventative measu
Analyse and understand the Customer’s order profile and identify and investigate any potential ways to improve the efficiency of the Supply route to the customer, thus driving a cost to serve reductioIs this You?
