Capture orders through phone, fax and email. Interpret these orders in relation to correct packs, (e.g. promotional variants, Cash & Carry packs) for that customer. Enter the orders in JDE business system.
Be main contact between customer (usually stock controllers) and RB for order queries (e.g., product codes, prices, and stock availability) and changes (e.g. to requested quantities, delivery dates, etc.) including advance notice of short shipments.
Resolve customer queries regarding shortages and delivery failures through regular liaison with Logistics Manager and Distribution Centre.
