As a Customer Supply Manager you’ll be responsible for:
Growing strong partnerships with top accounts both internally and within the customer to ensure that all supply chain metrics are aligned to the RB Commercial category growth targets.
Building strong collaboration with Demand Planning, Logistics Operation, Customer Service teams.
Devising strategies and processes to improve availability at depot and shelf.
Understanding industry trends in logistics, replenishment and merchandising, new channels and incorporating them into existing or new projects.
Performing in-depth analysis for a key account with the purpose of identifying improvement opportunities & developing business solutions to optimize supply chain cost performance
Evaluating of product seasonality/promotional analysis, the impact on inventory levels, and forecast recommendations to maintain high in-stocks.
Management of launches, range changes and seasonal portfolios for your account.
Creation and Management of a Joint Supply Plan with your customers in line with RB Commercial category growth targets.
Reporting and tracking to proactively identify trends that will positively/negatively impact store level in-stocks and store level inventory.
