The Graphics section within the company is responsible for the whole logistic process (purchase to extradition) of offset printing plates, lithography and software within the Business Domain Graphics in EMEA. The department consists of Sales & Distribution and Supply Chain Management. Driven by cost reductions throughout the chain the business-surrounding of Graphics is changing fast: changes in the distribution chain, centralization of inventory management, changes in the assortment and changes of the supply control. Due to these changes the S&OP process is becoming more and more important.
You are a strong analytical professional who takes initiative, that is a relationship manager and works results-oriented. The demand planner is an important link between the company´s producers and distributors and end-customers of graphic products. Communication with internal and external customers as well as feeling for the developments in the market shall prevail to draw up reliable forecasts for the short-, medium- and long-term.
In order to be successful in this position you have to be able to take initiatives when it comes to cooperating with these external and internal customers and convince them of the importance to work closely together. In addition, you'll have to have fun in working with data and analysing it.
