We have launched new brands in the UK in the past 12 months such a IT Cosmetics, House of 99 and Proenza Schouler and we are currently recruiting for a Demand Planning Manager in the division.
The key function of this role is to balance managing and improving robust business processes in a practical, empowering way to keep the demand planning team engaged and motivated, while also resolving performance challenges with strong leadership and coaching skills built on a foundation of technical expertise.
•Manage and develop a team of demand planners and ensure all brands follow the S&OP cycle to build the sales forecast and ensure its quality.
•Engage with demand planning experts and leaders on global process standards to continuously improve ways of working.
•Actively participate and potentially take a leadership role in the design and implementation of numerous supply chain projects.
•Deliver expected operational results in an environment that demands excellence.
•Forge strong relationships with other heads of function in UKI and internationally.
•Provide senior leadership visibility to process analysis and performance, articulating risks andopportunities.
•Participate to the improvement of the sales forecast practices.

Stakeholder Management Skills
•Experience of process leadership and management in a medium to large organization
Demand Planning Experience
•Significant experience in demand planning function
•Strong understanding of the building blocks and trends that influence the construction of a sales forecast
Excellent Communication Skills
•Comfortable engaging with senior level leaders on performance results, articulating risks andopportunities as well as complex concepts and problems in a simple, engaging way
•Excellent working knowledge of Excel, SAP and office
•Practical experience in demand or business planning systems
