About the Role:
We are currently looking to engage with a Retail Demand & Supply Analyst to join our successful Supply team. You will be responsible for the generation of demand requirements for the assigned Categories across the Retail Division. You will continually drive improvements in stock management, distribution and ways of working to deliver a sustainable reduction in Supply chain costs to support our strategic plan.
As a Retail Demand & Supply Analyst you will be responsible for the creation of a demand forecast plan on a 18 month rolling basis for the assigned category for the Retail Division, you will consistently deliver the agreed % service level and forecast accuracy KPI’s, ensuring all relevant systems are maintained accordingly.
You will utilise forecasts, sales performance and seasonal trends to identify and implement changes that improve efficiency and reduce costs to drive overall profitability, through monitoring performance and managing stock between channels. You will also be responsible for monitoring our Third Party Logistics performance via service measures and order fulfilment measures.
Who we are looking for:
To be successful in this role will need to be able to demonstrate experience of the End-to-End supply chain for a fast-paced Retail environment combined with a proven track record of identifying and implementing efficiencies that drive sustainable cost reductions in Supply Chain
Your analytical skills will be key in order to resolve Supply Chain issues and data to drive out clear and actionable conclusions, alongside your understanding of commercial best practices with the context of a highly valuable brand.
A proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely as well as strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and strong working relationships are also vital in this role.
