Own and lead the S&OP process implementation across the EMEA countries to ensure a consistent approach, clear functional accountabilities and quality of inputs and outputs.
Ensure an accurate aggregation of country demand forecasts, risk & opportunities at regional level to support the S&OP decision making process and the Global Brand Teams strategic plans. Also drive swift and precise dissemination of global business and innovation plans across the EMEA region to secure a robust execution at country level.
Attract, retain and develop the EMEA Demand Planning team to improve their overall skills, competencies and value.
Active participation as a member of the EMEA SC Leadership Team, responsible for helping to create the business strategies, growth plans and management routines that will deliver profitable growth.
Develop a strong, close working relationship with EMEA Commercial Teams, Regional Marketing Teams and Local General Managers and demonstrate a full understanding of the business fundamentals and drivers in each market (must have a capacity for strategy and management of the details).
Provide leadership and manage the transition and implementation of new demand planning systems and processes in the European markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Business related discipline.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management including but not limited to inventory management, procurement or sales forecasting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in leading a demand planning function in a FMCG business working in a company with high SKU count and multiple new product launches with high portfolio complexity.
Good understanding of business drivers and end-to-end supply chain dynamics.
Demonstrated high level of autonomy.
Ability to influence and facilitate cross functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hard driving culture.
