Develop a strategy; approach; and methodology for SRM working with business stakeholders and the Procurement Director to ensure this is fit for purpose and workable.
Develop appropriate tools; dashboards and use external supplier data sources to professionalise SRM and ensure this is recognised within the organisation as adding value such as ensuring joined up messages and deals with suppliers.
Develop a new supplier recognition programme and set up and run an annual supplier recognition programme.
Drive forward any Procurement technology (such as eAuctions and basic systems) that drives tangible value for Procurement with a low-cost mind-set.
Bring market innovations that drive value and protect against foreseeable risks.
Work with Finance to devise, collect and analyse spend and market data in support of procurement strategies.
