E-commerce Category Manager
He/she is in charge of purchasing on-line strategy definition according to Italian strategy. She/he manages on the online channel cross categories and the relationships with brands in order to develop an action plan to accelerate e-commerce growth in Italy.
Implement and define the offer on-line strategy with an omni-channel vision and in close cooperation with each other category.
Define the brand portfolio strategy for Italy and set priorities and requirements, set the different push according to different levers
Set the guidelines and priorities for the E-business marketing team so they can implement the local initiatives according to the category priorities
Have close cooperation with e-merchandising team in order to improve the online customer experience and optimize e-commerce KPI performances.
Determine commercial Italian website plan in cooperation with marketing and e-commerce departments
Plan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment and relevant for beauty trends
Work in partnership with other category managers to ensure priorities are secured in the online plans
Facilitate coordination between supply and purchasing department in order to develop a complete plan within agreed time
In charge of the correct sizing and forecast for the launches on the ecommerce and for the dedicated online only brands
Ensure implementation and monitoring of category action plan and, if needed, propose corrective actions
Guarantee perfect execution of action plan with brands respecting agreed budget and Sephora strategy
Coordinate and optimize sales performance key commercial weeks during the year: Valentine’s Day, FDM, Black Friday, Christmas. Forecast and coordination with supply chain and marketing departments.
Be the main contact for relationships with brands: revision of launch plans, commercial plans implementation in cooperation with European purchasing guidelines and local initiatives
Negotiate commercial budget and subsequent best differentiating actions in terms of consumer online experience
Guarantee that commercial agreements are respected with partner, ensuring contracting and invoicing of commercial elements.
Monitor and share with partners performance evaluations, making them aware of possible issues and main topics about Italian e-commerce market.
Category performance analysis based on internal KPI, through panels and ad hoc researches about the reference market.

Beauty to Go:
Define the product assortment per season in line with central guidelines and securing local initiatives
Negotiate with brands to secure exclusive offer proposal aligned with category priorities
Monitor performance KPIs and set actions according to sales results
In charge of the forecasting process to secure sales projection of novelties
Design and guide the perfect implementation of the Beauty to Go animation in store
Guide the merchandising update and secure timings are respected
Able to work in a fast-paced and international work environment, flexibility, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
