Here at out ECO HQ in Surrey, we support the car dealership network as the sales and marketing functions for both Toyota and Lexus in the UK. We are a diverse team with a common goal, to do business the way that customers love.

Executive Assistant – Whistle stop overview
This is a varied role providing a highly professional proactive EA support to the Director of People & Planning and administration support to the General Manager of HR & Facilities on a day to day basis, assisting them in the execution of their role. The scope of the role is wide ranging. You’ll proactively manage and co-ordinate a busy diary of internal and key external meetings. You’ll deal with all correspondence, filtering and prioritising as appropriate and resolving minor issues by liaising with other departments. In addition you’ll have an integral part in supporting the internal People Review Process, and will be the project manager for a number of cross-company events.
You’ll often be the first point of contact within the TGB HR, Corporate Planning & CSR, Legal & Compliance, Vehicle Planning & Logistics teams for internal and external contacts, and will regularly be dealing with lots of confidential information.
