The Global Junior Buyer will lead and actively participate to the strategic sourcing activities for Plastics and Packaging globally, with the goal of achieving significant year-on-year cost and productivity improvements while maintaining or improving product quality and vendor service levels. He/ She will work closely with key stakeholders (both internal and external) in member organizations and in corporate functions to develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans. In this position, the Global Junior Buyer will report to the Global Senior Buyer for Plastics and Global Director for Packaging.

As the leader responsible for sourcing effectiveness within Plastics and Packaging families, the Global Junior Buyer will have the following specific responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implement sourcing strategies for Plastics and Packaging families globally – The Global Junior Buyer will identify and prioritize sourcing projects. He/ She will lead cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing strategies and execution plans.
