Within Shell, Talent and Integrated Resourcing play a key part in HR’s success. The Integrated Resourcing team is new and will manage all aspects of hiring across (internal) staff moves and (external) resourcing needs, and in the future contingent (contractors) workforce. |What is the role
As a Global Resourcing Partner/Recruiter you will be an integral part of the HR team and the specific line of business or portfolio you work with, understanding the business context, strategy and workforce needs to manage the delivery of sourcing, assessing and securing great talent for Shell - both internally and externally. Working seamlessly with peers in the various Country Resourcing teams, the Global Resourcing team will focus on the more complex resourcing requirements (e.g. senior roles, expatriates and Joint Venture hiring).
The role is based at the Company Headquarters in The Hague.
