Your Role

In this role you are in charge of designing, implementing and maintaining global end-to-end process across all systems and applications in Sea Logistics. Process excellence and standard processes are elementary for our customer experience as well as for minimizing our production costs. The location can be flexible.

Your Responsibilities

• Head of process excellence
• Provide standards and innovations of operational processes
• Close cooperation with Regional/National Sea Logistics Systems & Processes Managers
• Actively manage interfaces and information/knowledge exchange
• Contribute as process owner to continuous improvements of processes and controls for lean and cost-efficient processes
• Optimize proceedings to ensure development of Sea Logistics operational KPIs
• Ensure the highest levels of productivity within the organization

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Profound experience in Process Engineering
• Project Management experience
• Profound experience in Sea Logistics and Freight Forwarding experience is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Experience in leading a team is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and likes to work in an international Environment
• Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize work and manage available time according to department goals and standards
