The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for establishing sourcing strategies and leading sourcing events at a global and or regional level in partnership with global category leads, regional category leads and a team of buyers and sourcing analysts. The Global Sourcing Manager plays a key role in developing the global category strategies that he/she is accountable for, ensuring category compliance, and delivering global performance metrics for their categories including fulfillment of total value. As a key leader of a global virtual team, this role will champion standard, global ways of working and play a critical role in influencing stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
