As the Global Supply specialist you provide logistics administration of the Globally Sourced Ingredients using third party partners and operate associated systems, best practice methods and tools associated with a diverse products portfolio covering multiple countries.
You create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP, to manage SAP processes between the global and cluster levels;
You perform logistics follow up after the cluster sales contracts/ allocations have been created by global planner/ clusters’ purchasers. This will be coordinated with customers and third-party vendors and will be under direct supervision;
You respond to clusters' current shortages and urgent orders in coordination with global planner and cluster Continuous Product Replenishments;
You perform Resource Management System (RMS) SAP Procure to pay (P2P) process administration with regards to cluster call-offs and RMS supplier buying
You provide call-offs from the global Suppliers by using Third Party Logistics (e.g. 3PL) container Full Container Load/ Less than Container Load shipments;
You are responsible for Supplier invoices and other special logistics documentation receiving and sorting/matching towards clusters.
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
0-2 years of experience within Supply Chain, preferably in the logistics/customer service area
Knowledge of SAP, understanding or a quick learning process to understand SAP process implemented at Cargill.
