You an Innovation Manager will be responsible for leading the Innovation agenda for our non-whisky portfolio across Global Travel. Whether it be launching the latest indulgent treat from Baileys or the next line extension from Zacapa you will bring a “GM mindset” to expertly project manage our new products from exciting concept to brilliant in outlet execution. Who are you?
As an Innovation Manager in GT you will likely have held a broad range of experience and great examples of game changing delivery in roles in sales, customer marketing, consumer marketing and/or innovation.
Commercially astute and bring a “GM mindset” to driving the total performance of their part of our business. You’ll be competent managing a P&L, have strong analytical skills and understand of the key drivers of a value chain.
Consumer/shopper marketing experience with evidence of using insights to create winning strategies and an ability to demonstrate good creative judgement is a strongly sought after.
Evidence of working comfortably in a highly ambiguous environment at pace, balancing multiple project is a major plus.
Highly skilled in fostering great effective relationships both internally/externally, in person and remotely.
