RoCHe have been appointed by a speciality distributor based in Surrey to recruit a Co-ordinator to assist with Health, Safety and Qualtiy enquiries coming into the business from both prospective as well as existing clients.
The position is working closely with the Health & Safety team as well as the Supply Chain department and will involve: -
- Dealing with client enquiries relating to Health, Safety, Environmental as well as Quality matters
- Working closely with internat stakeholders to obtain and gather the relevant information
- Managing client communication relating to Health and Safety matter
- Adhering to strict deadlines
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail as well as have a customer focused approach to handling enquiries. Communication skills will need to be of the highest standards and it will be important for the successful applicant to demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines.
The position might suit a graduate with food related degree or perhaps a business related degree with some exposure to the food sector.
We will consider people with a background in quality, health & safety, food safety etc.
This is initially a 12 month contract and there may be opportunities available within the business beyond that though not guaranteed.
The package is to £26k + 25 days holiday + bank holidays as well as an excellent pension scheme that can be joined from the outset.
