Our client, a world renowned global business is recruiting a HR Systems Manager to head up the HR Information Systems team at their London Head Office.
This position would be ideally suited to a HR professional with experience of setting up, rolling out and managing Hr Information systems in a complex environment.
The HR Information Systems team is part of the overall HR department and has one direct report. The position reports directly into the Head of HR and will communicate with colleagues and stakeholders across the company's offices worldwide. This role may include some global travel on occasion.
Strong attention to detail will be key as will exceptional organisational skills and time management.
The HRIS Manager will be responsible for setting up and maintaining of HR Systems and working directly with 3rd party service providers to resolve any issues and support end users. You would also be working with HR professionals across the group to discuss any required customisation.
A consultative approach for this role is essential We are seeking a flexible individual with good experience of setting up, rolling out and managing HRIS. The successful applicant will be commercially minded and be able to use their initiative and work independently as well as have experience of leading a small team.
This role will involve occasional travel and as such, the successful applicant will need to be able to do so.
Working Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, salary range between £45 and 60k depending on experience. This role will be a 2 year fixed term contract. Benefits include excellent pension contributions, season ticket loan, Private Medical Insurance and Life Assurance.
