Our client, a world renowned global business is recruiting a HR Assistant to join the HR Information Systems team at their London Head Office.
This position would be ideally suited to a HR professional with one to two years experience behind them in HR where there is significant emphasis on working with HR Support Systems.
The role offers support to stakeholders based globally on various matters relating to HR systems and analysis as well as GDRP regulations relating to systems across the EU.
We are seeking a professional candidate who is skilled in gathering, manipulating as well as presenting HR data to a variety of different stakeholders. The HR Systems Assistant will work closely with HR colleagues to align processes, such as recruitment, performance management, Learning & Development on the systems.
Strong attention to detail will be key as will exceptional organisational skills and time management.
You will be an exceptional communicator and have used and supported others, in using HR systems and will be confident in working with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Working Hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, base salary to £25k + excellent pension contributions, season ticket loan, Private Medical Insurance and Life Assurance.
