In collaboration with other relevant Directors and Departments, establish the breadth, size and strategic/design direction of the Cath Kidston ranges.
Drive the Department margin in line with the category and Company plan.
Present ranges at International Buying Fair, select range to be offered to wholesale, develop product for the flagship stores
Maintain and nurture relationships within key functions of the business: Merchandising, Design, Marketing, VM and Retail in order to promote sales and encourage good communication and best working practices.
Work closely with the Head of Print and Print leads to build the required print stories for a given season in line with departments strategy
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the GTM process within the department
Work closely with other HOBs to offer a cohesive approach to shared business objectives
Manage the team to ensure you are liaising with stores to provide product information, improving customer service, thought store manager focus groups and store visits
Optimise range pricing opportunities through competitor benchmarking
Identify key requirements in international markets and ensure customer needs are met.
