We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced supply and operations professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Head of Customer Excellence lies within the Northern Europe Operations team- responsible for UK- Ireland and Nordics. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Supply Chain Director- Northern Europe.
Leading the plan to establish industry benchmark customer service- creating customer partnerships and Joint Supply Plans by optimising product distribution- focusing on cost- on shelf availability- forecasting and supplier service levels- to support the company’s overall targets will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for continuous or disruptive improvement activities within the interface between our Retail and Foodservice Partners- Logistics and internal Sales teams across the region.
