Manage the end to end supply chain (Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Warehousing & after market services)
Negotiate with suppliers (raw materials & spare parts) in order to get the best price - £100 m spend Developing key supplier relationships, negotiating on major contracts and driving efficiency.
Maintain and develop key internal relationships.
Managing risk, ensuring quality and enabling a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement fixed contracts and Service level agreements with key vendors and contractors, ensure review processes and KPI's are in place.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record within supply chain and procurement, ideally 10 years +
Experience of leading and managing complex projects
Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
Experience managing and developing a team
Educated to Degree level or Equivalent
Can demonstrated track record of success in procurement within the Engineering/ Construction environment

Strong time management, planning and prioritising skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and achieve buy-in from internal and external key stakeholders
