For our Group's Information Technology function we are looking for a Business Intelligence Project Manager who will:

• Manage IT projects while ensuring the achievement of defined objectives (functionalities, system reliability and quality) and business targets;
• Manage the projects' resources (economics, human, infrastructures, time, etc.), priorities and conflicts' resolution, guaranteeing  the respect of budget in alignment with the scope defined with the IT Business Partner and Business Process Owners;
• Lead and coordinate all the projects' phases, from project preparation to hand over, avoiding business disruptions in the processes involved.
   

Main Tasks:

IT BUDGET CONTROL

• Monitors the progress (checking time and costs) of the several projects assigned;
• Responsible for project budget and timing;

DEMAND COLLECTION

• Supports and provides advice to Central IT Business Partners in the prioritization of the projects and initiative requests coming from Functions/Geographies;
• Supports the identification of critical issues related to stakeholders involved in the projects;

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manages top management priorities related to transformation projects and relevant improvement initiatives through specific Project Management tools and techniques by overseeing all project's phases;
• Ensures the proper and complete management and delivery of the assigned projects by:
  • coordinating all internal human resource staffing of the projects;
  • engaging and coordinating all external (consultants) resources in collaboration with the partner’s project manager;
• Defines Projects' Baseline, Forecast and Cost profile;
• Monitors the project's budget monthly expenditure while being reactive to potential deviation; 
• Ensures the quality and technical requirements of managed projects;
• Maintains the commitment and proposes mitigation actions to reduce possible Project risks;
• Is responsible for respecting time, budget, quality and resource commitments for all projects in the master plan;
• Is responsible for following and run the Project's KPIs;
• Manages the Process Governance cycle according with the Governance Process;
• Conducts the supplier selection phase (RFP) collaborating with IT Procurement coordinating all the relevant stakeholders;
• Consolidates the Projects' facts and figures.
   

Profile:

• Master's degree in Information Technology or other related fields;   
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Project Management for IT;
• PMI/PMP Certification will be considered a plus;
• Experience in:
  • International environments with a matrix organizational structure;
  • Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Data Governance projects;
  • CPG Market will be considered a strong plus;
  • Retailer, Consumer and Media Data Management will be considered a strong plus;

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office;
• Experience and background in:
  • Power BI;
  • Azure technologies;
  • Relational DBs functional knowledge;
  • IT Architectures and platform knowledge;
  • Informatica data management suite and SAP BI tools will be considered a plus.

Language skills:

• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Any other European language will be considered an asset.
