A day in the life of...
As our Logistics Contracts Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Purina UK Supply Chain Leadership Team, ensuring outstanding delivery of our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers, co-packing and Nestlé in the Market (NiM) Transport for the Purina Business. Maximising customer service while minimising cost through effectively managing the relationship with them.

What Will Make You Successful?
Purina is based out of our Gatwick office, however we will consider candidates who wish to be based either in Gatwick or York close to our Order to Cash and Transport teams. Please be aware that for both locations there will be travel expectations to Gatwick / York and our Hams Hall Distribution Centre near Birmingham.
The successful incumbent will have an excellent understanding of end to end Supply Chain processes and the concept of trade-offs between cost and service. A proven track record in building long term collaborative relationships internally and externally to deliver results is a must. You will need to have a clear understanding of business, channel and customer requirements to ensure we are adding value and creating competitive advantage. It is essential to have gained critical experiences in at least two of the following areas: Customer Service; Demand and Supply Planning; Logistics; Customer Facing Supply Chain or Procurement.
