NOURISH THE SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESS FOR OPTIMISED STORE INVENTORIES & FLOW MANAGEMENT To give significant input to the zone Supply Chain in terms of anticipation/reactivity via Weekly conf call with the Supply Chain, Sales Administration and Product correspondents. Events, store opening, closing, change in offer, expansion,... Alerts on availability rates and transportation issues Anticipation on specific business trends e.g. Chinese Golden week, Christmas Contributing to the lead-time reduction between sales in store and replenishment in store through monitoring of the ‘last kilometres' in the country, delivery frequency, any other projects. MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION OF COUNTRY REVERSE LOGISTICS Be an active support to stores on all Reverse Logistics (end of collection, obsolete, overstock, re-balancing, shop-soiled) through establishing strong relationship with the Country Product Teams, Zone Supply Chain managers and Stock team in Stores: Coordinating Reverse waves in line with business needs / zone requests Supporting store operations (training, monitoring of reverse quality, KPI's) Monitoring of Shop-soiled flows and processes Organising local Staff Sales organization (RTW Events) in line with established processes Promoting best practices in store for use of My Product Request, My Store Reverse Regular following-up of credit and invoice with Sales Administration and stores to minimise risk of write-off / discrepancies OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE & EFFICIENCY To monitor & optimize all stock processes and operations in store to ensure they are in line with Store Handbook and LV Standards: Monitoring all stock processes suggesting actions plans if necessary (rotative count, financial stock takes, shop-soiled, delivery integrations vis-à-vis availability rates, inversions, etc) Following closely availability rates for all stores and taking necessary actions to meet Contributing actively to the improvement of stock operations in stores through necessary training to enhance the autonomy and reliability of store operations Proposing actions at store and /or warehouse level to improve product preparation and storage Monitoring RMS locations Bins (contents and management) to protect auto-replenishment Supporting the stores with a regular ‘presence' and / weekly daily contact with in-store Stock Correspondents Ensure tidiness of BoH and compliance with Internal Control rules Ensure, in collaboration with zone, back up solutions for products reaching our stores in time Review regularly stock operation organisation (dep/mag, drawers, BoH,...) STOCK RECONCILIATION & REPORTING Following up issues stemming from Month End Closing and reconciliation queries related to stock (Goods in transit, inter-company sales, credit notes, invoices etc) Reviewing monthly stock adjustments for all stores, reporting KPIs, suggesting action plans if necessary based on specific needs of the store. Shop-soiled - regular monitoring and monthly reporting My Product Request - KPIs Dashboard reporting Contact for Logistics and stock relates audit queries Price changes management Management in SAP (Follow up Head Office stock consumption, maintain/create prices when requested, follow stock reconciliation SAP / RMS,...)
