We have a great opportunity to join the Logistics team as a Systems Support Analyst based in York. This role reports into Business Excellence Manager for Transport Systems.

A day in the life..
You’ll be responsible for supporting Logistics systems (Transport Management System - ATLAS, Warehouse Management System – AUTOSTORE and associated interfacing with other SC systems) across Nestlé UK and Nestlé in Market. This encompasses providing first line support for ATLAS during office hours across the warehouse and transport areas.
What Will Make You Successful?
You may come from a logistics background where you have a deep understanding of processes or have a background in systems support. Either way, we’ll fully support you with your learning and development.
Experience of understating system interfacing and programming languages will be an advantage but is not essential. If you have an understanding of Supply Chain that would be a bonus, especially if it’s within logistics.
Being a problem solver who likes to troubleshoot, you will enjoy offering solutions. Effective communication and stakeholder management is key as you’ll be dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.
