As Logistics & Online Operations Lead, you’ll create the operational plans that ensure we meet the demand for online orders, returns, store deliveries and merchandise service level agreements. It means working closely with the Outlet team, warehouse, Logistics and our third party delivery partners. Together, you’ll see that every order, return and delivery is processed correctly – creating happy customers.
You will also be responsible for managing the relationship with our Customer Care Team as well as ensuring all payments on the website are processed correctly and liaise with our Finance teams.
Day-to-day, you’ll keep a close eye on performance, reporting and analysing data. You’ll also look for ways to improve how we work. With your drive for development and great working relationships, you will ensure smooth running of our Retail and Online business.
A bit about you
You love working in fast-paced operations. And you’ve excelled in an Logistics or Operations role. Now you’re ready to bring your skills to a household name that’s in a great position to grow.
Thanks to your background, you already know about logistics processes and home delivery best practice. Plus, you’re familiar with web analytics tools, forecasting and E-commerce operational channels. If you know about Outlet stock management, fantastic – but relationship management is more important. You should be used to dealing with third parties and getting the most from them. That calls for great people skills and a gift for influencing others. Make the grade and who knows how you could go?
